Most sellers I work with have one thing in common.
The sign goes up and they want the first buyer that sees it to buy it.
And this is completely understandable, because you have made the decision, now it just takes that one buyer.
Place yourself in the buyer’s shoes.
They are shopping, and they can never get all the information they need from the web alone.
They have to come see it.
Let’s just plan on keeping a good open line of communication, and together we will work to have as few showings as possible.
When I get feedback from each showing, I look for the positive answers.
These are called buying signs…
And when I see them I will spring into action and work to reel them in.
