Generating traffic to your home early in the process is the best way to try and get multiple offers, and having more than one interested buyer will only help us get the most money possible.
With that said, here are two strategies that work well if the home is priced correctly and shows well.
The first is by releasing it to friends and family on day one…

We can also make it available on Facebook and other social media platforms early in the listing.
This is not to be confused with a ‘coming soon” strategy.

I would suggest a stacked showing approach.
It might look something like this…
The first week on the market we can set a stringent and very limited showing schedule… Like only making it available on a Saturday afternoon.
Buyers may bump into each other, and physically feel the supply and demand that this will trigger.
This strategy is something we can discuss to try and get more than one offer quickly…
