Overview

We are looking for a creative social media intern to work in our media department. Our social media interns are responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts, brainstorming new social media campaigns, and helping to grow our brand awareness and educate potential customers on the value of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop our Social Media Calendar to manage the cadence or social media engagements & posts to various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Create content as dictated by the social media calendar to help promote our various CRM software tools and education resources for Realtor’s and aspiring Content creators
  • Create social media content to grow Clientown’s brand awareness and alignment with our ethos
  • Daily monitor postings to ensure brand message is consistent from the terminology used to the images and videos posted
  • Interact with our customers, followers, and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through our social media sites
  • Help conceptualize strategies to increase followers on popular social media sites
  • Use Social Media Analytic tools to monitor the success of various social media campaigns
  • Provide weekly KPI’s to leadership on the success of our social media campaigns and track brand awareness growth

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Experience in Social Media marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytic tools of each to monitor success
  • Familiar with multi-social posting tools, such as Canva, Hootsuite, or HubSpot
  • Experience using design platforms such as Canva & Figma
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Professional oral and written communication and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, act independently, and multi-task in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • US resident
