Overview

Clientown’s Media Department produces content year-round in order to deliver a broad range of highly engaging live and on-demand content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving, rapidly growing department. We’re looking for a hands-on, visual forward, creative Producer/Editor intern who can support our brand & Realtors with high quality video content. Video editing, brand and influencer storytelling and understanding of social audiences and trends is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Ideating, producing and editing platform-endemic videos for social and original content platforms
  • Focus on editing for social reels – vertical, multiple shot capture
  • Editing focused on high quality and high output content to capitalize on marketing moments/trends
  • Create briefs, pitch concepts to storytell to promote individual influencers (Realtors), Content programming, partnership and Brand initiatives
  • Create video content that delights, surprises, informs and engages our community
  • Shoots video and produces content as necessary
  • Work closely with the Chief Content Officer to uphold the standards of the CLIENTOWN brand
  • Participate in planning and execution for coverage of large tentpole content initiatives and events
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams on assets, deadlines

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Film and Media Arts Production or related degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Producer/Editor across a variety of platforms
  • Ability to produce, shoot, and edit short form video content all in one at high output across a variety of platforms
  • Exceptional storyteller, able to ideate & create content that drives emotion
  • Ability to identity a story or trend and can craft relevant content to join the conversation
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
  • Excellent project management skills, can balance multiple projects and prioritize your work
  • Excellent writing skills and can write quickly and accurately
  • Understanding of how to write briefs and pitch concepts
  • You can provide a demo reel of your work
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • US resident
